Your order will require 3 to 5 business days for processing and production before it's dispatched.
Every order comes with a tracking number. Tracking becomes available once the order has been shipped. We source our products from various global fulfillment centers to ensure quality and affordability, which means your items may ship separately. You can track your order by visiting the tracking page on our website once you receive your tracking number.
You can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations after this 24-hour window. To cancel, please email support@spotrendzone.co.uk with "CANCEL MY ORDER" as the subject.
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please respond to your order confirmation email with the correct details or email us immediately. Corrections to addresses can be made within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order has shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning the package to the sender.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
